===> I disagree with the statement. I think learning a new metal skill is easier than learning a new physical skill.
There are three reasons for that.
First, learning a new metal skill is safety. For example, you study about fight. In physical learning, you must fight with someone. It means you could wound by expositor. Even though, you might be lost your life. But metal fight does not make your body painful. Because all fights are occur in your brain. It means you don’t worry about your life. You just need strong concentrate.
Second, learning a new mental skill is save time. For example, you learn about soccer game. In physical learning view, you need many practices to know soccer rules and take a game. If game was end, you need take a break to next game. But if you practice soccer game in your brain, you can save time. Because of it is not affected by your body condition. Also speed of brain’s thinking is faster than body’s action. Fast learning speed can save your time.
Third, learning a new metal skill is save money. For example, you want to know golf. If you want to physical learning, you need go to golf academy. Also you need golf equipments. Also you need practice in golf field. It’s very expensive, especially in Korea. I think you need more than 10million won. If you are not rich, it’s very difficult for you. But metal skills are needs just few bucks. For example, you want to know about Baduk. It’s very common mental skill. You just need Baduk stones and a board. It’s very cheap. I think you need less than 100 thousands won. Also do not need additional cost. You are just training the game by your brain.
For these reasons, I insist that learning a new metal skill is easier than learning a new mental skill.

First, learning by doing is inefficiency. For example, you study about an animal. First you search the animal. May be it liven in sea or jungle. Then you must go to there. It needs a lot of money. Also it takes a long time. If you can any dangerous animal like lion or tiger, your life would be end. There is also other example. You want study MMA. Then you just reply professional fighter’s movement. But your muscle is not trained as well as the fighters. It makes your body hurt. After wounded, your study will be need more times. Also need a lot of money to healing your body.
Second, learning by listening to lecture or watching demonstrations is very boring and not creative. For example, most of Korean high school and middle school use that method in lecture. It can save time and teaching lot of contents. But student do not need think about lecture. Then they do not critic about knowledge. There is no invents, if there is no questions. Most of innovation items and invents from creative. Korean students are just memory machine. They can not make something new. Then it makes more weaken nation in the future. And some student sleep in lecture because it’s very bored to there is no questions to student by teacher. In other words, it is difficult to concentrate on class, therefore score will be lower.
Finally, learning by reading is very efficiency. Most of knowledge and science are based on text. To learning, we need read it. And it is also save time. Because of reading speed is individual ability. Then they no wait for others like other methods. Then we can repeat it many times in same time of other methods. Therefore learning efficiency will be higher.
In these reasons, I insist that learn by reading is best.
